We want you to love your LNA essentials, but if something isn't right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are firmly attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
